SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We are currently delivering to ROI only. All orders are processed within 4 working days, with a tracked delivery service. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Unfortunately at the moment there is no option for next day delivery, please keep this in mind when placing your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

Take a minute to check over the delivery address details, please include your Eircode and a mobile number to avoid a delay to your delivery or in some cases your order being returned to us.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing the details once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY (not available at the moment)
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

DAMAGES
We​ are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given, however we will not be liable for non-delivery or delivery mistakes as a result of incorrect inputted info, so please ensure you have included all the correct address and phone number details.

As a small independent business we are continuing to follow safety guidelines outlined

by the Irish Government and the HSE.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have two weeks after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at mryuricrafts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will give all the instructions you need to complete the process. Costs of returning postage is not covered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
